K-PAR is pleased to offer a limited set of support services to existing MagnaVault, HyperROM and Magna customers.

K-PAR is currently offering the following services:

1. License Key Management Services: Includes new license keys for moving existing installations, permanent license keys for uninstalled licenses and temporary license keys. These services are provided either on a fee basis or are included in annual support contracts.
Fees for these services are listed below:
Moving an existing license key: $150 US
Issuing a permanent license key (ONLY existing licenses): $150 US
Issuing a temporary license key: $150 US

Note: All fee based services are processed using the any of the following payment methods, VISA or MasterCard.

2. Software Support Services: Includes telephone and e-mail support for existing installations.
This service is available either on an hourly fee basis or via an annual support contract. For customers not on a current support contract, the hourly fee is $250 US.

3. Annual Support Contracts: K-PAR is offering existing MagnaVault, HyperROM and Magna customers annual support contracts. These contracts include License Key Management Services and Software Support Services.
